Financial Benefits

The III-Pillar Pension Plan is a voluntary, supplementary pension savings plan, enabling Wix employees to accumulate additional retirement savings beyond the state pension (Pillar I) and voluntary funded pension (Pillar II). All employees in Lithuania who have completed at least 3 years of continuous employment at Wix are eligible to participate.
